I am one of those people who eat a million small meals a day. I was wondering what kind of snacks you guys eat? I need some stuff to keep around the house for when I get hungry, which is often! lol but i am trying not to eat so much junk food and sweets. What kind of snacks do you guys keep around the house that actually taste good?

I eat lots of little meals too. I try to keep healthy stuff around...we stopped buying junk. I snack on fresh and dried fruit, nuts, salads, whole wheat tortillas that I spread with PB (I love PB) or make veggie wrap with, baby carrots, bowls of cereal or oatmeal. I make healthy quick breads (banana, raisin) and air-popped popcorn. Occasionally, we have organic chips and salsa (healthy veggies right?) :)

I have a hard time keeping certain foods around the house because I want to eat everything all at once. If I don't eat it all at once, then I'm always thinking about it. So, I mostly keep fruits and vegetables around. But, if you want something sweet and healthy, try raisins, dates, or dried pineapple. All of them taste like candy, but don't have sulfates (some dried pineapple do have sulfates, but they are available without it). When I was cutting out the more refined sugars from my diet, I ate those things and it made the transition a lot easier. Now, I don't eat them as much and I have practically no added sugars to my diet and I'm totally fine with it.
