An Apple a day keeps doctor away

How should we eat food to remain healthy? I always eat differnt fruits everynight before sleeping. What you all mylloters thing which is the most healthy fruit we can eat every day.

Hi. mastermind32. I believe that this is very true. Apples are an excellent source of fiber. So, we should make sure that we get our daily fiber intake too. I love apples, they are very yummy when they are icy cold.

I feel we should have a variety of Fruits in our diet .Different Fruits provide different Nutrients to us - e.g- Bananas provide Calcium , Oranges have Vitamin C , Apples are source of Iron and so on . And having some fruits everyday is a healthy option .
