How do you see your Blog Traffic?

How do you know how many people view your blog on blogger.com? I have a new blog there and would like to see how it's doing so far. also, how do you get your blog seen in search engine results? I tagged all of my posts (which is only 4 so far lol) and I know I need to establish a good blog before I can expect to be seen in search engine results, but eventually I would like to achieve this. mainly though, I would like to know how to keep track of traffic!
