changing my profile picture

Hello to all. I know that this question was asked a little while ago, but how can you change the profile picture. I have been trying for the last 20 minutes but cannot change it. I have been into my profile and customize my profile but there is no button to press to change my display picture. And i don't know where else to look. Does anyone know how???
