Cellular Provider tariff competition

What do you think about cellular provider tariff competition, XL with 0,000001 Rupiah /seconds and indosat also. I hear that XL give flat tariff 600 Rupiah /hour (for GSM) Esia give you cashback when you call to another cellular number and so on. Which one is more cheaper and good, they make customer confused. Give your opinions.

They follow the tactics the US providers used to do (I don't know if they are still allowed to do it now). They make it so confusing that you probably need a degree in Rocket Science to figure out. Just choose the one which suits the best to your needs , I think :)

Yeah, i think YLKI or BRTI can give warn for those provider who didn't give clear explanation about their tariff and make customer confuse. Thank you for your opinions.
