Billy to play for the Yankees Thursday

I think it's great.Billy is a die hard fan and now for his 60th birthday he gets to play for the Yankees. I hate the Yankees but this is a feel good story.

He had the time of his life. He actually got some wood on a ball, even though it went foul. Good for Billy.
Being a celebrity gets people things that the average Joe cannot get and this just proves it. There are many diehard baseball fans out there that would love to put on their favorite teams uniform, including me, and play for even 1/2 inning.

I think it is great too. He is not only a die hard Yankee fan but has been a great supporter of baseball for years. I hope he had the time of his life.

This story gave me a smile. The only sport I really have any interest in is baseball, and I've been a Billy Crystal fan for years. I saw a clip of him playing, and he seemed to have had a great time. Good for him.
