Where would you reccomend to travel?

What are some of your favourite place you have been? I am looking for a getaway for two. I have never traveled of left Canada, and was thinking I would drive to Boston, then fly so I wouldn't need a Pass Port. I wanted something romantic for my boyfriend and I, a time and place for us to be on our own, be independent (no parents) we are 18 and 19. We have talked about moving in in the next year or two, so spending a week together would give us an idea of our tolerance of each other. lol

I live in Australia, and i think this is a great place to holiday. There is lots of beautiful beaches - no part of Australia being more than 1000kms of the coast! There is always cheap accomodation available, and a very warm natured nation. great fun, you'll never forget!

I was looking at something like one of those beach front little hut/bungalows. You have it all to yourself, and privacy as you can't see any other person around. The hotels seem to get bad ratings because i guess you have to walk to eat and get pool access, etc. sounds like a dream to me, my own mini romantic island getaway

Yes, the Boston and Cape Cod area might be a good option for you. Why not get a passport and go further afield. The Caribbean and Central America are nearby areas that you might like to consider. When I was 19 I went to St Lucia and loved the tropical scenery, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The Piton Mountains looked stunning and the white sand palm fringed beaches were gorgeous. Other islands worth considering in the Caribbean are Cuba, Jamaica, The Dominican Republic and Barbados. I had the most wonderful time in Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. There I went on an exciting cave adventure, saw wildlife like crocodiles and manatees and climbed Mayan ruins. I did some snorkeling and saw small sharks and sting rays. So flying into Cancun in Mexico might be a nice option for you. I hope that you and your boyfriend choose the perfect trip that will turn out to be enjoyable and romantic.
