Whether Free Education Should be Standardized or not

As the world is improving, the requirement for education is also increasing day by day. Most of the peole of the 1st world countries and some from 3rd world countries are well educated. But when it comes to the majority of the 3rd world countries as well as some from the 1st world countries, cannot complete their education due to poverty. So, according to me, free education should be standardized. If not, at least, for the students that are under the poverty line, free education should be provided.
