waht kids of exercise you usually do !

i want to know what kids of exercise is good ? and more pop nowdays! Thanks

I do a combination of exercises. I found a really great video years ago that is a combination of gentle aerobics, yoga,and stretches. I can't do regular aerobics, it makes my feet feel like they are splitting in half at the soles. I also bought an adjustable chin up bar. It can be placed at 2 different settings. I put one at ballet bar height for stretches and support while doing standing exercises. I also have bands for working my arms. I have only just started exercising again as I have the doctors put me on Blood Pressure meds. I wanted to get it settled down first. I can tell the difference in my arms and in the fact that my jeans aren't so tight. Ya need to mix it up. You also need to begin gently. Overdoing and hurting yourself will just set you back.
