How do I become exempt from STOP signs?

We have a problem in my subdivision...and other places in the country...where people are obviously exempt from making complete stops at the neighborhood STOP signs. I have been nearly hit more times than I can remember by people who have a STOP sign while I don't, just driving right through it as I am approaching. And, I mean, not even a rolling stop...which I also hate! So, what I want to know is how you go about getting an exemption from stopping at STOP signs? I don't even know how to begin to get one. Where do I go for one? Can I apply for it online? Is there a tiny little sticker that goes on your car that I just can't see on other's cars? Do you get it somewhere on your license? How much does it cost to be STOP Sign Exempt? Is it expensive? I suppose no matter what the cost, it is worth it! Do you have to be a certain type of person? Hold a certain type of job? I see men and women of all sorts of shapes, sizes and colors doing it so, it doesn't seem to be that hard to obtain one of these awesome STOP Sign Exemptions! So, please help me! It would really make my life a bit easier if I too didn't have to stop at STOP signs and obey the law. If I could just drive right through them, I wouldn't have to deal with pesky law abiding citizens like myself anymore. I could get places a whole 3 seconds faster than I normally do. It would wonderful! Please help!
