How to quickly find a professional job as a new immigrant in Canada and USA

From the result, many new immigrant they can not find a professional job quickly in Canada and USA.But, they are professional workers and researchers in their monther land.
How to add their opportunities in job markert? I believe it is a big problem for goverment. And many small business employers hire them to do the professional jobs , however they do not pay valueabale salary for these new immigrant.It is not a good thing! Please you give us a good way to find the solution.

You could make friends with more people there and tell them you are looking for a job. They might provide a good opportunity to you.

hi,hahahoho,welcome to mylot.
as a new immigrant with professional skills,i advise them to stay at the current postion for a while.since they are doing the professional jobs,their skills won't degenerate,insted,they'll be more experienced.
as we know,chances are not always there.they must watch carefully and catch once it occurs.
be patient and chance will come.
