What's the difference between Pepsi Twist and Pepsi Twist Lemon?

Are here any differences, or just the name, to promote the brand more?

as i see,there's not much difference between them. while i prefer Pepsi Twist Lemon to another,as it has a little lemon element in. it tastes more cosily and refreshingly.

Same thing as far as I know. Pepsi Twist is Pepsi with a hint of lemon, and is sadly, no longer being produced. I liked that kind!
