I have already asked this question but i have forgotten to mention an essential part. Well, do you know a 'paid to watch' or 'paid to listen' program that is available worldwide, that has no sign up fees and that offers PAYPAL? I really need paypal and that the site is available internationally.

you guys should try SliceThePie.com...pays well but has restriction in some countries...I think is only for US and EU...if you belong to one of these you can earn nice money for reviewing music... the music from there could become very famous in all the world...The site supports the best rated songs so in future that artists will become famous and you can have an important role in that...
