Builders leave home purchasers in dirt...

thehome building industry continues to worsen, prominent builders apparently closing, others scrambling to stay afloat and some buyers getting swept up in the trouble.
They shut doors leaving some buyers facing claims from contractors who say they haven't been paid for work done. Other buyers, who put down deposits on houses that won't be built, are hoping for refunds. How awful is this?!?

A downward slide of the housing industry. But it should turn around. The Feds are extending credit and dropping interest rates. Soon people will be able to afford housing again. I just wish I had the extra reserves of money to buy a house in this market. I don't, but this would be the perfect time to buy.
