broken internet.

I have a problem with my nework. the internet is connected alright but i can't surf operate the net. i've contacted my nework provider to solve it but they haven't come and i'm very angry with them. maybe by monday they'll come to find out what has gone wrong. currently i'm in the cyber cafe and on weekdays i may not have time to visit mylot. until my network problem is solved i'll miss all mylotters. hope you'll still pray and remember me in all your interactions. until then i say all of you lol have the best of time in the discussions and take care. bye.

You have internet but can't surf? Try emptying your cookies and if that doesn't work then check to make sure you don't have the option "work offline" enabled.
Used to do tech support for internet, digital phone and cable t.v., most of the time the problem is something simple.
Try renewing and releasing your i.p. if you know how and if all else fails reboot your modem and router(if using one) then your computer.
To reboot just unplug the power connection to the back of your Modem for 20 seconds. Then re-connect and wait until all the lights come back on and reboot your router the same way if your using one(make sure you take the battery backup out). Then re-boot the computer.
Still have a problem...wait for the technician,lol.

i have come acroos the same problem with you.i didn't write to my internet sever,and what i did is to disconnect my net,then start my anti-verus software having a through check. after that,i deleted some useless files,register information,invalid files and so on with my cleaning software.the final step is to restart computer and delighted to find nothing is a problem.
