Will google survive in its business

Definetly google is the king of all search engines. But to what extent advertisers, and publishers are satisfied with that. Are advertisers finding quality referrals on the internet. What i am particularly saying is google should revamp its quality issues otherwise there are lot of websites croping which might pluck its share of business.
