what will you do if you get stuck in an island like Tom hanks in cast away?

I would hope that I could survive. I was in girl scouts and went camping a lot when I was a child but I am a lot older now and am not sure how I would make out.
I think "Survivor" is pretty close to what life would be like on a deserted island and I know I would survive that.
