how can i lose weight?

I'm not that fat but i just want to be fit so i can fit some clothes i want to wear. can you help me?

Congratulations on your goal! You've already taken the first step by wanting to do something. I'd incorporate small healthy changes into your lifestyle instead of anything drastic (which really won't last). Start by increasing your water intake and cutting out sodas (if you drink any). If you are like me and have a sweet tooth, substitute splenda into your recipes. There are a lot of 100 calorie sweets available which keep your sweet tooth happy. Increase salads, cut out red meat and get some exercise. Even if its just walking, now's a great time to take advantage with longer daylight hours. Incorporate one new thing a week and soon you will be living a healthy lifestyle to insure that you don't gain the excess weight again. Good luck to you!

Loosing weight is not a big deal dont eat junk foods, control your apetite, do exercise, make your self alone while doing exercise otherwise you will lose confidence, have a routine. haha saying is easy doing it is tough

you eat breakfast! lol...then eat little or nothing at supper. this is a slow process but it will not dry and sagged your skin. then there's this before 6. you have to eat before 6 pm and eat nothing after that. me, im into aikido so im kinda fit cant really relate much about gaining weight. lol

Hi, miranette, the best way to lose weight is that: little eat and do more exercise.this is my experience.

Exercise and eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and drink lots of water.

on my experience by my self 1. worm water with lemon first morning 2. low carbohydrate meals 3. 20 minutes heart exercise 5 days by week 4. alot of vegetables & fruites 5. one day per week junk food meal and i lost 20 pounds till now

I think the best thing you can do is to eat the right foods and not too much of them and exercise enough. It is better than trying to go on a diet. After all, what is the beginning of "diet"? You might feel like you are going to die. It is better to take the "die" out of "diet". I think it would make more sense to eat right. What do you think?
