I missed Sunday's episode!!!

I missed Sunday's episode, the date was March 16. Help someone please tell me everything that happened. I went to CBS but it just seems like you can watch missed episodes and I can't seem to watch them (maybe because I'm in Canada, I don't know). Anyways last year they had write ups about each episodes but I don't see that this year. I really want to know what happened yesterday, please somebody fill me in!!!

Okay, so James won the HOH. It came down to him and Natalie. James promised Natalie that he would keep her (Natalie) and Matt safe this week. Then they had the Nomination ceremony. James nominated Sheila and Ryan for elimination. Matt was very grateful that Natalie stayed up there long enough to buy his safety, though he was quite surprised that she would do that for him. (I have spoilers too if you are interested, but they would ruin Tuesday's episode for you)
