in the past ,i am a person who often care things of myself most rather than other people's things. because of that, i don't feel enough happy even if i'm succussful in my study.and i can't form good friendship of classmate, i can't coorperate well with my workmate, i often feel frustrated in personal relationship. then after i realize my shortcomings,i change myshelf and often do anything i can do to help others and then i come to enjoy the happiness of helping others gradually. now i enjoy a happy life. and how do you feel to help others, do you benifit from helping others

I always was a giver rather then a taker. I always help others, sometimes i feel sad because i get not help in return. Still i can help myself, if family or friends needs help they can always give me call.

The feeling of helping others is like you're very blessed and you shall share you're blessings. It's a wonderful feeling that you can help other people. However, I don't like the feeling of helping others but you feel like you're obligated it kinda depresses me.

Felt quite happy at that time. I belive that if you help others, you will get help from others as well. So I like to do that.

I like to help others too. I always have, really... I like to give. The only problem was, I wasn't good at taking, and to be happy, you have to be able to both give and take. The trouble is if you refuse a friend's help or gift, you offend them, and possibly even lose their friendship, which is not the way it should be. I learned my lesson some time ago, and I always accept gifts and help graciously now, as well as giving them out. Brightest Blessings.
