Do you implement Java applets or scripting in your web page

I am actually trying to implement java applets and scripting into my web page what do you suggest.
Which one do you use regularly for your website ASP, HTML, DHTML,Java,etc.
Which one do you suggest as i know all these languages. I also need some server side scripting.
Which language is most used by people.

It was said that ASP is the most being used now and it follows the standard of Microsoftware company.
But java is the good of Sun and its standard is JSP .But it can also be used if you haven't use Windows .
I suggest you that JSP is better to be used. If you also need some server side scripting,JSP is the best to use .

Well i think the easiest way to implement anything on website is ASP.net 2.0 framework... using Visual WEb developer... I don't know anything about javascripting and that's why i usually write all the server side scripting...

i use ASP.NET and i write my code in visual studio. Language would be c sharp. Thank you for the post
