What Precautions do u take for this summer.

I work outside during the day so I would say to drink plenty of water.

for summer i usually put on more sunblock, take umbrella

and drink more water.

i take lots of precautions like putting on the right sunscreen, drinkin alot of waterand exercise to stay in shape.
