Spray polish onto the cloth, not the surface

If you use spray polish, you will find that it goes much further if you spray it onto the cloth you use to polish and buff rather than blanket-spraying the whole surface. If you use the old fashioned beeswax you will save more money because properly applied it lasts longer and protects the wood, you just have to wipe off the dust.

You're absolutely right about spraying the cloth. I used to go through so much polish because I would spray the table first and now I spray the cloth. I also slightly dampen the cloth first, spray with polish and I can do the entire dining room table and chairs. I've never tried the old fashioned beeswax, but I may give it a try. Great Idea!
