Do you think Owen Harts wife was right to take the out of court settlement?

I was wondering about this for a while, I am a huge Owen Hart fan and truly believe the the wwf should have been prosicuted for his death. His wife Martha excepted an out of court settlement for 18 million, Now then I can understand that 18 million is a lot of money and obviously she had lost her husband and the bread winner of the familly and has 2 young children to care for. But she never got any justice or explaination for his death. If it was your partner in the same situation what would you do?
