I love sushi. Tastes so yummy. We do go out quite a bit to eat it but sometimes I like to make it myself. After practicing and practicing I have come to perfect the art of making sushi. My family has told me that I have also become to perfect the art of making sushi and tastes just the same.

It will over time. It takes alot of practice. When you go for sushi in a restraunt look at the sushi itself. Look what is in it. There are many different types. The best place for sushi here where I live is all in Chinese but it tells you next to it in English what is all in them. Go by that and you will do great. Do the ones that you like.

Sushi is right after sashimi on my fave list. There is this restaurant here that does a mean ika sushi, that is half a raw squid over rice. The squid is very crunchy and very sweet. If you are a sushi lover, you have to try one in Japan. The secret to a good sushi is rice that is tightly packed so it won't fall apart yet retains every grain's shape so it's not squished together.

Oh, I LOVE SUSHI!! It's one of my favourite food! Yes, I've tried making it at home, it's quite easy to make but for some reason, they never look as nice as the ones in restaurants!

I adore sushi, but I've never tried making it myself. Is it very hard? I bet it'd be fun to try. I live in the U.S. where you can find a lot of sushi restaurants in the big cities. You can even find lower-quality sushi in the Chinese food buffets in the smaller towns. There's a fairly nice place near my house (half hour away, but that's close with my town), which serves sushi on the buffet. They even have the kind with the sashimi slice on top of the rectangle of rice. Very delicious.

Make sushi is not very hard. You can follow some cookbooks .And after you learn it, you can try to make sushi in your own method.

I love sushi - we make it at home every Friday evening. I don't think I could ever get bored of eating it. We make half sushi, half sashimi - and have plenty of wasabi on the side to give it a good kick!
