my birthday is coming up.. what's the best birthday celebration you had?

I'm turning 27 this 26th of March and I want to make my birthday very special. I haven't really planned my birthday for such a long time and I feel now is the best time for me to celebrate it! :) I just want to ask you whats the best celebration you had? maybe I can try that too.. :) I need your opinions.. thanks!

All the time all my birthdays were tumultuous but the last one was perfect! I celebrated it with my lover in calm romantic atmosphere, there were 100 roses and 100 candles around the bed.. It was one of the most momentous evening in my life!

My best birthday was this year. My 25th birthday. My friends got me thinking going for a nice dinner and going out to a club or something like that. BOY was I wrong. The rented a hall and made it more into a social. For those that don't know what a social is like a fundraiser, huge party affair. There was my family and friends and they knew I would be pretty bummed as my fiance always works on my birthday due to the time frame he works and the weather. It was a really nice surprise and pretty much got my mind off the fiance missing it for the night.
