do you use a steamer or just an iron for your clothes ??

which one do you use ??
my family still use the old way one, ironing the clothes
the result, most of my clothes has shiny marks
don't know where those marks came from,
but i'm pretty sure it's from the ironing work
some of my friends have moved from the old way iron to a steamer to do the clothes
the result, the textures of the clothes are smoother than the ironed one
and there are no shiny marks left too
but my mother refuse to change the iron,
she said that the iron is much more easier to use
if those clothes easily got dull, don't you think we will have more frequency for shopping to change the old one ??
i guess it'll be more wasteful then

Hello unuzzz,
I am using a steam iron now. I find it easier to iron and my clothes look better. Long time ago, when I was still a kid I remember my mother used a very heavy iron and each time you want to use it, you need to spray or sprinkle the water first. It would make it easier for you to iron the clothes.

Hi unuzzz, I am still using the electric iron. Though I know using a steamer is more effective and convenient I still prefer to use the ordinary one as I don’t want to waste extra money to replace it with a new device. Since it is enough to serve the purpose of ironing so it is no point for me to change it.
