Does anyone know anything about mypayscript?

I have seen mypayscript the last few days since they (re)launched. I've never heard of them before. I read over the TOS and it sounds like, yes, they will transfer your money but if they loose it in the mean time, they are not responsible!?? Anyone ever deal with them and can relate some experiences
