Do We Lose More Sleep, Staying Up Late Reading, Or Surfing The Internet?

I find that even though, I tell myself I will go to bed at a decent time, I find myself up way to late. I am up late surfing or reading, or even worse surfing late then reading. I tell myself only a few chapters, then the next thing I know it is way to late. Is this just me? Which is worse for you up to late reading or to late on the internet? Or like me both?

Both really. But I do not think i would sleep anyways - not if I just had to lie there and try to sleep i mean. i will sleep when I am tired enough. Good thing I get to follow my own inner clock.

Well, that is my problem to. I do try to go to sleep and just lie there. Then I end up reading or on the computer. Next thing I know its 3 a.m.

I do not sleep well to begin with. So I spend time waiting to get sleepy usually on mylot. I am sure i lose more sleep. If I weren't busy with mylot I would go to bed sooner. But it is a bit addictive. So it's not my fault. Its the fault of MYLOT. lol

I know exactly what you mean. Time just seems to get away. I definitely agree, all MYLOTS fault!

I do the same thing. I plan on going to bed early to catch up on sleep but get busy playing a computer game and the next thing you know it is really late and I don't get much sleep at all!

I do not really play video games. But that does happen to me when I am chatting.
