happy mothers day

In lebanon mothers day is on the 21st of march the first day of spring so this is to all you moms out there. and especially for my mom god rest her soul.
They say the wold is a mother
and I believe it's true
because we grow and nurture
under a sky so blue
but there's nothing like the mother
that's there when it rains
wipes away your tears
takes away your pain
there's nothing like the mother
that's there when you fall
who picks you up and holds you
in her loving arms
there's nothing like the mother
that is always proud
of all your achievements
and shouts it out real loud
There's nothing like my mother
that in her special way
gave us unconditional love
till her dying day
now that i'm a mother
i finally understand
all the things my mother did
with her loving hands
a mothers love is presious
keep it safe and warm
you will always need it
to keep away the storm

Even though our Mothers Day isn't celebrated until May, here in the USA, thank you so much for that. It is very touching. I loved it. I hope you have a VERY HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!! Did you write that? If so, you have a talent, it is very heart felt.
It is so true, you can not fully understand the love of a mother until you become one. Thanks for the post. Have a great day and again, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL OF YOU IN LEBANON!....and wherever else it is celebrated this day.

thank you. and yes I wrote the poem. I feel that no matter what you do and say to your mom it is never enough compared to all the caring and love she gives us through out her life.
