Ads on Bux.to - have you noticed this?

Every bux site has some ads that are constantly showing each day. Those that are bought by normal users tend to last few minutes or less but other you can see all the time. Well, Bux.to is the only site I know that has ads that are constantly running but are shown only in certain periods of time each day ._. That's true, they have like 16-18 permanent ads to click daily but some of them are hidden and shows up onlyin the morning or evening etc. Why do you think they do that? To make users visit them more often or what?

i haven't been on that site in a little bit but my guess is one of 2 reasons
1 like you said to make them visit more
or 2 to target certain demographics, older people are normally on more in the moning and younger people more at night
