my computer is too slow need help.

Hello dear mnvamsi. I am sorry to know that your computer is working so slowly. It is the same with mine, because mine is infected with some viruses. As to yours, I think that you could try to empty some of the unwanted documents you have saved to make it work faster since there is no virus. Good luck, dear friend.

There will be so many problems but few in those are like, If there is any anti virus in your pc then pc will be in slow condition. If there is any software which is installed properly. so my tip for u is just restore us system , then see which restoration done well.

my guess is that there are a lot of items in the startup in your computer... stop unneeded services from startup....also disable those that you do not want.... uninstall those softwarees that you do not use...

I experience that problem once in a while. I try to delete cookies and unnecessary files and empty the temp folder and recycle bin. Although, this may not solve the problem but at least, it's part of the basic trouble shooting steps. Sometimes, the slowness of internet connection just happens and it's not our pc's problem. It could be the host's server is having problem or other factors that only the tech people would understand. Whenever that happens I just do some offline work and try again later. It may only last for a couple of hours.

Well, as you said that you are sure that there's no virus in your pc, and still its slow. Its just because of some application which loads into your computer each time you restart it. so bettter to uninstall softwares which are not usable, and then clean your computer. This may resolve your problem.

i think you have so many running programs in your desktop in the down right of you screen try downloading autoruns in sysinternals.com and see how many programs that run in your start up.. and try to uncheck the programs that you dont usually use in your daily life with you computer for sure it will lessen the 5mins in loading.. :)

i think u might have installed so many softwares in your system that makes it very slow...
