Is anybody experiencing this problem. I recently received my cell phone bill and ouch! My son exceeded his text of 400/month and we have to pay additional $35 of text overages. I also realized the next biggest problem, there is a subscription of $9.99 added to my bill that I don't know about. My son also does not know what that is for. I contacted my wireless carrier and they could not provided me any contact information. Is that possible, Assuming, that I pay the wireless carrier, (I am on contract with them). They in turn should be taking the money I paid them to reimburse the company that billed me the subscription fee right? So how come the wireless carrier can claim they don't know who bill this and how to stop it. I was given a short key and tried to text "stop suscription" but received an error. I cannot sleep at night because I am afraid that next month I will get another bill and the subscription increases from 9.99 to 29.99 or something and so forth. have anybody heard of this stuff, is this a new scam and we been hit.. Cell phone charges is horrible, now worrying about my son not knowing what he did is just as bad. I am pretty sure that the scam artist now believe the best way to cheat your money will be to ask for your cell phone and now they charge them just like a credit card. Anybody experienced this and have advice for me.

That charge is prolly from one of those tv commercials get a free ring tone or if you filled out a free ring tone, horoscope, alert thing on the internet. I had this problem and never signed up but sprint gave me a number to call and credited my account right back. As far as the text messaging thing I get unlimited so I dont have that problem. Cell phone companies are such a scam.

I say the same. Such a scam and they claim they dont know where to call that is horrible and terrifying to me. I just cannot understand they bill me thefore they have to collect that money and pay the third party company, so how come they don't know who and which company it is. Not to mention there is no telephone number. I will watch out for this month and find out if I get another bill for larger. Yikes, cell phone bills are getting out of hand!
