it is the most common problem of sony ericsson fones.
just like mine, it has been like that twice, and i have no idea how to fix it. we brought them to s.e dealers but they haven't found a way to fix this.
s.e is known to have a good quality sound a pictures, but w.s.o.d is their weakness.
