This is the first I am hearing about Windows Vienna. I need to do some research and learn about this. Thanks for posting this or else I would have never known.

hi howard, we need to wait about couple years or more before the windows 7 launched, but its name mabybe changed since vienna just a code name, like longhorn before vista.

its not because vista failure, but thats included in their R&D plan, like Windows 5 (XP), Windows 6 (Vista) and next will be windows 7. Vienna might be the code name. And its true that vista is not really successful except the implementation of direct X 10 for gaming.

I just looked and posted this under a different topic but Windows 7 or Vienna is planned on being released in 2011 as of right now
