how it would be to get paid just for using internet or just for being online??

Now-a-days there are lot of programs that pay us like bux.to...etc.but how it would be if someone really pays for being just for online,as many of the computer users don't shut down the computer until they sleep...so,their computers works for the full day......... well there are programs that pays for being online but that pay a little.but this payment can be boosted up to 100000$(as said in their website) if we refer others. well their is a saying "Where there is a will there is a way".i think we all can do it because there are billion of users using internet today.all over the truth is we all over are here to earn money.. so if anyone interested please reply...............
