What is your favorite part of spring?

What I love about spring is the awakening of nature once again. The migrating geese return to the millpond to nest, the Dawn Chorus becomes louder and more joyful, the flowers create a splash of colour all over the countryside, and the trees begin to get their leaves back. The sheep in the field out back of me are heavily pregnant with their lambs, which will probably be born next month, and the birds are busily collecting twigs and other materials to build their nests. I love Spring... it's a sign of new beginnings and new life, everywhere. Brightest Blessings.

I like to seeing blossom on the trees and in the hedgerows, hear birds singing their springtime songs and see the trees becoming green again as their leaves start to appear. I like to see young animals born in springtime and butterflies emerging on sunny days. I like to feel the sunshine getting warmer and the days getting longer.

I agree with darkwing. Nature is waking up, the brown grass is going away, the flowers are blooming, the mud starts to go away (hopefully), the weather gets warmer. The thing I dont like is having to clean out my flower beds.. but I do love the end result so it makes it all worth it.

My favorite part of spring is the warmer and longer days. I doesn't get dark so early in the evening. I really like to see the plants growing like leaves on trees, pretty flowers and the grass looking good again. It is a welcome after a cold and unpleasant winter. I love to see the birds building their nests and see the mother bird feeding her baby. It is exciting when they grow up and learn to fly. Spring is my second favorite season for I love summer most of all.

my fave part of spring is the end of it because it means summer is coming along with all that beautiful warm weather. so i guess the return of the warmer weather is what i like best!
