LAST NIGHT MY EX PARTNER TOOK OUR SON AGE 15 TO THE FOOTBALL MATCH IN MANCHESTER. HE ONLY KNOWN TO HIMSELF LEFT HIM THERE ALONE AND CAME home. THE POOR KID HAD £3 IN HIS POCKET AND NO PHONE. HE WAS DEVASTATED AND I ENDED UP AT 2AM COLLECTING HIM FROM THERE MYSELF AFTER TELLING HIM TO GO TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION. MY QUESTION IS CAN I HAVE HIM PROSECUTED FOR THIS?? AS IT IS THE FINAL STRAW OF SILLY THINGS HE HAS DONE REGARDS TO OUR SON. HE INCIDENTALLY PAYS NO MAINTENANCE HAS ACCESS BUT HARDLY BOTHERS, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HE HAS TAKEN HIM OUT IN 4 MONTHS

Anything could have happend to this child. If he can't be trusted, he doesn't need to take him anywhere. If he has legal rights, take him back to court and get them revoked. Talk to your son and let him know why you are doing this, he is old enought to understand, that you can't keep letting his dad put him in situations that are dangerous.
