Sexuality definitions

I've found that even the most open-minded people tend to have a very narrow definition for sexuality. To most people, there are heterosexuals and there are homosexuals, but that completely eliminates bisexuals, pansexuals, or any other group. I personally like the term pansexual for my own life because there is something beautiful about the human body in all its forms, but I find that it's hard to explain this to people who simply refuse to understand anything other than the heterosexual/homosexual line. I suppose I just want to know how others out on the great wide web view sexuality.

It's really interesting, I had not previously heard the term 'pansexual', but I think that describes a few people I know that I think might be incorrectly labeling themselves as one of the other groups. Granted, I'm not a huge fan of labeling anyone, in any case, but it definitely seems like an interesting branch of the sexuality spectrum. Thanks for sharing it with us. :)

I'm not a big fan of labeling either, but people like to pry! They'll ask, but they don't always like the answer. If it's not hetero/homosexual, it makes even less sense to the general population. Thanks for the feedback.
