No not at all... so keep kissing... :D But hygiene is important. so do give more emphasis on mouth hygiene.

It depends on how you're meaning the word infectious. Do you mean like in spreading disease? I guess it is, but that's not the issue there. If you mean infectious like if people see others smooching they want to smooch, too, I suppose it could work that way.
