Some people thought that they had come up with the most creative excuse but most of the time they would end up looking like a dummy! A state trooper who stopped the 1993 BMW last fall says its driver, 28-year-old Justin Vonkummer of Millerton, N.Y., blamed his driving problems on an errant Oreo. Vonkummer told the trooper that an Oreo had just slipped from his fingers as he dunked it in a cup of milk, and that he was trying to fish it out when he lost control of his car. Do you really think that he can get away with such an excuse? Have you made up some out of this world excuses just to get out of something before? that's crazy! i wouldn't be too surprised if that was really what happened...people forget they are driving a piece of machinery that weighs a ton and so they get distracted or do something you shouldn't do when driving...yeesh, what a story!

oh geez! this made me laugh. I agree with the first person who responded. I believe that his excuse could be exactly what happened, it wouldn't surprise me! lol. But it doesn't make it a good excuse...just because it's true doesn't mean it's good. So he was trying to dunk and oreo while driving and he lost control...he's stupid! lol

I agree, that's a stupid excuse. Plus, why is is dunking Oreos into milk while driving, anyway? Shouldn't he be concentrating on driving? I mean, eating a thing or two is not a problem, but dunking things in milk? But, I've also had things drop and reached to get them out of instinct. But, it's no excuse in regards to getting out f a ticket.
