why do some persons do things in hurry?

I have noted this many times within my family members itself.They just start for everything very slowly and rush saying the time is up.Why con't they do the things a little early. Is it because of their lazyness or carelessness, or it is their habit?
What is your opinion?

thats just how some people cope and live their lives in the fast lane, im not one of those people..
i like to take it easy oww i might have a day where its a night mare and have no time but thats just normal..
like shopping i find it a nightmare people need skate boards i think the way they rush around..
it just life hun, you just go the pase you want and enjoy it..

Some people do have the nature of doing things slowly as my friends are always doing things slowy. But when time is up they try to catch up by doing everything in a hurry. But there are some people who by nature always do things in a hurry whether they are free or not.
