Okay so I have this job interview tomorrow at a funeral home to sell burial plots. I feel that this is a really important job and it is a big name in my town. But I have a cold and I am wondering if I should still go to the interview or if I should re-schedule it? It's just a head cold but I feel like crap and I am kind of out of it, like my brain isnt working right. I don't want to go and then totally blow it but then again I don't want to reshedule and then they find someone else before I even get the chance to talk to them. What do you think?

I would definitely go, if you try to reschedule because you are sick, they will think it might be a glimpse of things to come.
Apologize for the cold and tell them you really want the job and are highly motivated and that is why you came anyhow.

My position before I got a promotion was to do a lot of the highering for the company that I worked for. I honestly would prefer that someone come in than to reschedule an interview with me. It is looked at as you being dedicated to the position. If however you are out of it, and dont think that you can make it though the interview then it may be a better to just reschedule. I would relax today if you are able to, and just hang out at home and get a lot of sleep. Hopefully you will wake up this afternoon feeling a little better.

To be honest if it was me, I would go regardless, they will see then how keen you are for turning up, dose yourself up with medicines and just go. I would not reschedule it, because they might not be impressed if you reschedule just for a cold, it may give the wrong impression of you, and if they are interviewing other people then that means that if one of them stands out you could end up missing out altogether. Good luck for it, hope you get it.
