Definitely... music can really calm our mind... i mean your favorite music... It also remove our stressed... some listen to opera before they sleep.. Music can make a movie more valuable... In television??? it can catch more viewers because of the theme song... On love theme... music makes it memorable or unforgettable coz even you were fall apart.. you will still remember her/him because of music.. our music reminds us a lot of things in our life and sometimes we fill that our music is our friend that is always there... What do you think?

When I am feeling blue or down, I will do thing I like to do or just sleep my day away. I will play games or watch movies. In this way I could obsess my mind with the excitement of the games or movies, so that I won't think about the sadness. Or, another good way is exercise. According research, our body will produce some kind of chemical that will make us happy after we excersize. The effect is almost the same after sleeping. After a good and sound sleep, our mind could be pacified and we could easily forget about the unhapiness. When my ex left me last time, I did a lot of exercize and sleep a lot.
