Not just peaceful in terms of a quiet beach but in terms of government, corruption, everyday society and wars.

BRAZIL is one of the most peacefule one They have a square in their downtown that is walking only...no cars, they have the most incredible and efficient public transportation and the CLEANEST, they have shepherds at their parks to oversee grazing animals that maintain the lawns, they provide sacks of food in exchange for sacks of garbage for outlying poorer areas, they have taken the street children who were addicted to glue sniffing and put them to work beautifying the city by planting flowers and trees and such. This is just a bit of how they live in cooperation with everything and this all started in the seventies with the elected mayor!

And ofcourse, There is no state that doesn't have such places. I really question myself plan to scream, since that raises havoc with the nature i claim to be able to want to talk to. One scream and everything will be gone for a rather long time. Also, it is much easier to meet one's other requirements if i don't need to get about two miles away from the nearest person so the police don't come to investigate your screams. :)

No terrorism or terrorists have been heard of in Brazil. Brazilian soldiers have not been in combat, real or potential, since World War II. Brazilian soldiers are sent out to colaborate with UN Peace Forces, though. Brazil has no boundaries disputes, despite having borders with all but two countries in South America; there are several border disputes (and fights) between South American countries.

The question of where is a safe place to live can be broken down into categories. When you speak about safe against terroism, is anyone safe?

Well, India is a peace loving country but our loathsome neighbours have never allowed us to remain peaceful.......... INDIA is the only country in the world which in it's history of a hundred thousand years, never invaded another country!!! India is uniquely peaceful......

The Netherlands, and Canada have no historicallly aggressive natures, neither do they have a large history of declaring war on anyone. I lived in Amsterdam as a teenager. It was wonderful despite my very bad dutch.
