Knowing about mylot

Though I'm a member since 8 months, I feel I don't completely about the features of mylot to utilise it in the best way possible like 1.mylot code that appears in blue colour on the left hand side of the page when you start a new discussion 2. The +,-,! symbols that appear onthe bottom right hand side of your discussion 3. add an image that appear in blue colour on bottom left hand side of the page when you start a new discussion. 4.different coloured star symbols with numbers written on them 5.earnings updation procedure 6.Number rating that appears in bracketsafter the user name. Can you help me know about these features, my friends for which I'll be very glad to know.
