tips for good digestion.

Have a cup of curds after meals improves digestion.Pudina is also good medicine for indigestion. It also reduces stomach pain caused by indigestion.One more good item which helps us to improve digestion is ginger.If we have ginger paste with hot water it helps alot for digestion.

Have a yogurt drink before you go to bed is a sure way to assist your digestion. Yogurt drink contains microrganisms can assist our digestive system deals with food taken. I have been practising this for the last 20 years and it really helps.

Hello,valatha! I am a rice eating person.so while eating rice,besides curry and other items,i usually take a spoon-full paste made by me at home of ginger pudina or curry leaf and a few cloves of garlic.at the time of eating i mix this paste with fresh curd to supplement the curry.it helps digestion.thank you.

Papaya enzymes and pineapple are two other great choices for helping with digestion. So is bromelain which you can buy via capsules.
