Are you worried about the second language?

Do you need to learn other languages besides your mother language? I am Chinese so my native language is Chinese but all of us had to learn English as the second language.Many of my friends hate this because they can't pass the exams of English and couldn't control it.So what about you? Learning the other language would be your problem?
