Do you like cook dishes with pineapple?

Hi Chenpan! Yes I love to cook dishes with pineapple. Its not just in baking that I used pinepples but also in dishes with meat and in salads. Del Monte has launched years back in ways to use pineapple in everyday dishes such as chicken adobo with pineapple, etc. as a promotion to use their products more and I can say I have a bunch of recipes of that and try them out. Turns out some are delicious as well and healthy!

I really like to add pineapple to a pizza. I also really like chinese pineapple chicken but I have never made it at home before. We always add pineapple and sometimes marachino cherries to baked ham while it is cooking.

I have made a pineapple ham before and it turned out great. We usually make it for Easter now. The only other thing I have ever ate pineapple on cooked was a pizza. I believe they call it a Hawaiian Pizza. It was pretty good but no one else in my family likes it so I don't get it to often. Unless they have it on the buffet when we go out.
