I am completely out of my mind today. I am so completely stressed out and for some reason I don't want to listen to what i normally listen to, i want to listen to some hard rock. Does music set the tone or mood for how you are feeling? Does it have any affect on you?

When I am feeling down I do listen to music to lift my spirits. When I am getting ready for church, work, or just to go out I listen to upbeat Christian worship and praise songs to get my energy up.

Way to go, very good. Always something to lift the spirit, and Christian worship &praise definately does the job. Thanks for the comment.

Music sets the mood for me for sure. If I'm having a bad day, I do not want to listen to happy and cheerful music. I would rather listen to some more laid back and emosih, or hard rock is I'm more angry.
